TRANSPORTATION AND LIABILITY
3.1 Liability for Transporting Remnants: The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage to the vehicle, its structure, components, or any items within it due to the weight or handling of the countertop remnants during transportation.

The Customer acknowledges that the Remnants may add substantial weight to the vehicle, and the Company advises that the vehicle be properly equipped and rated to safely carry the additional load.

3.2 Vehicle Safety and Capacity: The Customer agrees to ensure that the vehicle used to transport the Remnants is capable of safely handling the weight and size of the Remnants. The Customer is solely responsible for verifying that the vehicle has adequate capacity and structural integrity to carry the load without compromising safety or causing damage.

3.3 Damage to Countertop Remnants or
Vehicle During Transport: The Company is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the countertop remnants or the vehicle during loading, unloading, or transport. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, chips, cracks, dents, structural damage, or any other damages that may result from improper handling, overloading, or unsafe transport conditions.

3.4 Acknowledgment of Risks: The Customer acknowledges the inherent risks involved in transporting large and heavy countertop remnants and accepts full responsibility for any damages to the vehicle or Remnants that may occur during transport.
