PK flooring employees are great to work with. Keith was the project manager and was amazing during the job. The workers that laid the flooring were very professional and kind. Overall experience was perfect. Would highly recommend PK floors to all.

This is our second time using PK Floors, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. Most recently, we hired them to extend our wood flooring throughout our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Both Keith and Jose were great to work with—always prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful with any questions we had throughout the process. Their communication and attention to detail made everything easy from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend PK Floors and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects!

Junior and Rafael did a fantastic job this past week on our front porch tile work. It was a tough tile-over-brick job with underlying brick rework... and they started off removing all the old travertine tile and splotchy/gappy mortar, first--actually grinding off and leveling the old mortar! Site cleanliness was excellent, lines are true, and we expect this retile to wear much better than the previous job done in 2010 before we bought the house. Thank you so much!

PK Floors did a complete remodel of our master bath. We started with a 1996 CenTex builder spec bathroom & ended with a truly custom wet room, bath tub & vanities built to our exact detail. The end product exceeded our expectations. They utilized master craftsmen who paid close attention to the specific details we wanted. From Jamie guiding us through design, materials & spacing through Keith overseeing excavation, installation, vendors, & craftsmen. Communication was always open & available. We did have two hiccups when vendors delivered materials that were out of spec. Keith was quick to communicate this to us & remedy the situation along with an accurate time span to complete each phase. I would not hesitate to use PK for our next remodeling project.

We used PK Floors Plus to install new floors a couple years ago after a washer machine flood. We loved them so much, I recommended them to my parents for a bathroom remodel and then brought them back for new kitchen countertops and backsplash. We could not be more happy with the quality of work and the caliber of EVERYONE we dealt with from Jamie and Jayden in the store to Keith, Oscar and Jose on site. Absolutely outstanding work. They are on time, fair, honest, impeccable craftsmanship, cleaned up every day, and all so, so nice. Highly recommend!!

Our brand new home got flooded 2 weeks after moving in! First time this happened to us. The mitigation was done by another company, and we trusted PK with the reconstruction. In hindsight, we wish we had hired PK to do both. We had heard horror stories about contractors in general - how they’re hard to deal with, take forever to complete projects, etc. Not PK; they were excellent, and their strength is their people - from the start, our estimator Cesar was fabulous - he ALWAYS answered calls and emails, no matter what (we had a lot of questions along the way); not only that, he stayed deeply involved with the entire project until the end. Their project manager Richard was the best anyone can ask for - closely monitored work and supervised crews flawlessly. He was also extremely responsive every single time. Jayden at the store was patient and also great to work with. As the flooring work was going on, I had the chance to meet the guys installing it several times - it was a family (dad, son, brother etc), and they were some of the most warm and pleasant people I’ve ever met. They worked 6 days a week non stop to get us back into our home within 2 months (there was extensive damage). The sense of urgency was excellent! PK works closely with insurance companies and have a storefront in Rockwall, which makes the process extremely smooth. I can’t recommend this company enough - they are fabulous. The last time I saw Richard, my words to him were “I hope you guys don’t change when your business grows” - I hope they can scale this level of customer service!

I rarely leave reviews, but PK Floors Plus absolutely deserves one. They were honest, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything, never made me feel pressured, and genuinely cared about delivering the best results. It’s refreshing to find a company that takes so much pride in their work. Highly recommend!

I recently had PK floors redo my upstairs flooring and the experience was great! Keith and his team were incredibly communicative and addressed all my concerns instantly. The installers were so hardworking, going above and beyond to fix a flooring sound issue of my sub flooring. They were punctual and did a phenomenal job. Before and after pics included. We got engineered hardwood, and patterned travertine for our bedroom and master bath project. We ripped all the carpet out (there was carpet in the bathroom, so weird) and could not stand the concrete anymore! Results we are SO HAPPY with.

PK Floors did an OUTSTANDING job installing BEAUTIFUL new tile floors in the 4 bedrooms and master closet of our home. Jose, our installer, is an ARTIST!!! He was here on time daily, if not early-to complete the work. He was a joy to have in our home. So polite, quiet and professional. He was very neat as well which is so important when having work done in your home! Keith was the supervisor of our project and I knew from the first time he called me that he would be superior in making sure we were taken care of! He told me when approximately the tile would arrive and when they could begin the project. He came to our home no less than 4 times during the week our tile was installed to make sure it was going well and was so nice to talk to! Miguel, another ARTIST, did our transition matching (so the new tile would flow nicely with our existing engineered hardwood. He stained the transition pieces SO WELL and they matched the existing flooring BEAUTIFULLY! We are just so thankful for Jose, Keith and Miguel! Our floor is stunning, seamless, SO EASY TO CLEAN! We are in love and are already thinking about having them do work for us in the future. Thank you PK Floors!

I was short one tile due to breakage from another store, and she took the time to track down exactly what I needed—and even expedited it for me.

Awesome service! They matched the floor perfectly and knocked it out in 1 day.

We had Patrick & his personnel take out 3 rooms of carpet & put in hardwood floors that matched our current hardwood floors. They did a great job communicating the process & we agreed on their schedule at the end of each day. Kevin and his guys were thorough & very efficient. All the baseboards in the three rooms were replaced, caulked & painted. One week and they were done! Lots of follow up on their part. It was an excellent experience; they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. In this day and age, it’s great to work with a group of people that believe in keeping their word every step of the process. I highly recommend PK Floors. We have other projects we want to do; PK Floors will be our first call. They do way more than just floors.
